Resumen
The present investigation presents an ex post evaluation to the linking project with the purpose of knowing the impact generated by it. For which a non-experimental quantitative method known as a before-after model is used that compares the baseline information with the current information collected by the researcher through a survey and the performance of coproparasitic laboratory analyzes. For this, tests of hypotheses of means and proportions were established at a 95% level of confidence. It is complemented by a qualitative method through interviews with the beneficiaries and other relevant actors of the project. In this way, it was determined that the level of malnutrition varied from 1% to 8% in children of school age and given that the nutritional status changed significantly over time, it was concluded that malnutrition increased. With regard to eating habits was reflected that the change of diet and eating habits significant. However, because the corresponding activities were not carried out, these results cannot be attributed to the project. Diseases such as diarrhea can be manifested by the presence of parasites, some of them associated with the consumption of non-chlorinated water or lack of hygiene. In general, it was concluded that the linking project partially complied with the objectives set, since 55.56% were completed and the expected results were not achieved. On the other hand, it is recommended to make strategic alliances both internal and external for the design, execution and evaluation of projects related to society.
