Inspección de soldadura MIG/MAG de piezas metálicas utilizando técnicas de visión artificial y procesamiento de imágenes

Abstract

The present project describes the MIG/MAG welding inspection of metal pieces, through a prototype module of computer vision that detects faults of type: porosity, spatter and weld discontinuity. Classification tests and interpretation of results are performed using a corpus of images of weldments.
