This document presents the design and construction of a device to automate the measurement of physiological signals applied to telemedicine protocols to aid in the diagnosis and monitoring of COVID-19. This uses a mechanism for the activation of certified clinical devices, which integrates a data acquisition and recognition system; This information is shared with clinical staff through an App.
