Abstract

This work concerns the design of an exploratory study and an interview for the diagnosis of the current situation of the Agency and the interpersonal relationships in this agency; It provides an analysis for the evaluation of the level of service and customer care, based on a specialized, enabling customers service satisfy them completely.
