The role of AI in personnel selection and its impact on the selection approach and process is the focus of this article. Quantitative, non-empirical research is used, where surveys and content analysis are used as the main tools for information gathering. About 55% of the respondents work in the human resources field. It is also important to note that about 65% of the companies surveyed have never used AI. The conclusion is to understand that AI is not as a replacement but as a support method since at the end of the process HR professionals will have to interview the chosen candidate.
