Abstract

This proposal develops the improvement in the operational and commercial process of the "TIERRA BLANCA" quarry, which proposes the acquisition of an ERP System that allows better coverage, control, billing, and collection, in addition to the preparation of a Function Manual that allows identifying the responsibilities of each position within the company.
