This research Project has as its starting point the analysis of the teaching-learning approach to the reading and writing institutionalized on the second year of Basic General Education. The global-analytical approach gives the spoken and written word a special importance as a significant unit and its decomposition in distinctive unities called morphemes, phonemes and graphemes.
