This systematization reflects the work carried out during the intervention project “Talleres de psicoeducación para pacientes en atención primaria con ansiedad y depresión del Servicio Ambulatorio Intensivo del centro de salud de Guamaní tipo C durante los meses de marzo a julio de 2021” to demonstrate the activities that were deployed throughout this period, the changes that occurred in the users and the learnings obtained.
To select the people who would be part of the workshop, psychometric tests were used to evaluate the variables of the pictures present in the patients (anxiety and depression) such as: I.S.R.A – Inventory of Situations and Automatic Responses, B.D.I – Beck Depression Inventory, EMES-C; EMES-M Multidimensional Scale of Social Expression, Inventory of Automatic Thoughts of Ruiz and Lujan.
The analysis of the activities carried out by the author and the results obtained from the pre and post evaluation to the attendees, were analyzed under the axis of mixed systematization, taking into account the qualitative approach which consists of the description of the 12 sessions carried out plus the actions deployed throughout this period and the quantitative one where the bar graphs are analyzed, and tables with scores obtained by users in the pre and post evaluation.
This systematization of the psychoeducation workshop is done in order to compare results obtained from various sources and evidence the impact of psychoeducation in patients with anxiety and depression.
