Resumen
This research develops the design and
digital implementation of the hybrid active
power filter to correct the voltage profile
that is affected when photovoltaic
generation is integrated into the electrical
distribution system.
To achieve the above, spatial vector
modulation control has been used, which
leads to the voltage and output current
harmonics being reduced in order to obtain
the improvement in terms of quality of the
energy delivered to the network.
In order to obtain the design and
implementation, the 13-bar IEEE system
will be used and the implementation of the
design will be displayed through the
simulink blocks that will be simulated in
MATLAB. Result of the simulation and
when analyzing the variables, the potential
benefits of incorporating APF filters for the
integration of photovoltaic systems are
established, in turn determining significant
corrections in the voltage profile by
reducing disturbances in the load,
improving the compensation of current and
voltage harmonics.
