dc.description.abstractThis project tries to achieve results that favor UPS in the fight to avoid academic desertion caused by the pandemic, through a review of the situation that UPS-G is going through in the creation of multimedia content before its target groups. The project defines causes and consequences that will allow making corrections -a priori- in the institutional communication channels of the headquarters.
