dc.description.abstractThis work was performed in the parish of San Joaquin, Province of Azuay. In this research, sustainability, environmental, social and economic assessed using the MESMIS methodology and calculation of energy efficiency. The path evaluation is a cross-sectional comparison, ie four production alternative management systems, with a conventional reference is compared simultaneously.
