Abstract

In the present titling work, the analysis is carried out in a transient state by input and output maneuvers of a bank of fixed capacitors operating on an island through the Matlab simulink platform to an IEEE test feeder, filters are implemented (inductor in series ) for the mitigation of overvoltages in the distribution networks, the values obtained from the quality of energy and harmonic distortion of voltage and current are compared with the maximum values established in the current ARCONEL Regulation 005/18, allowing analysis, calculations and comparison of results.
