In this project it was evidenced that in the industrial sector there is a high level of non-compliance in the management of planned Occupational Health and Safety inspections, which is notorious in the great number of substandard conditions and events that occur in the places where they are developed. industrial operations. The objective of the project is to present a guide that allows to guide the development of the inspections for the different levels of administration of the company. This guide would be important and necessary for the security department to develop and carry out the specific policies demanded by the Ecuadorian government for companies. It was evidenced by a descriptive investigation, that companies do not have a correct database management policy of substandard or dangerous conditions. Therefore, this project seeks to generate performance standards to identify substandard conditions in industrial facilities that may not exist. In this way, our country would have an instrument to be able to execute security inspections based on the levels of hierarchy in the company, as well as the size and the risk that industrial activity presents.
