Resumen
The present systematization work deals with the analysis of the psychosocial risk of mobbing, and how it affects the level of work performance in the workers of the public companies of Quito. There has been considerable evidence of a growth of this phenomenon in recent years, which affects the mental and physical health of the worker. The consequences are destructive for the victim and the company, since the productivity of the worker decreases, likewise there are differences in terms of sociodemographic variables, it is evident that the female sex tends to be more threatened by this psychosocial risk.
Mobbing is a phenomenon which in public companies in Quito is considered an occupational hazard, the victim enters a state of stress and even leading to suicide. It is very common for the harasser to repeatedly use violence for a long time, in order to isolate the victim from others. The research has allowed society to be guided on how to identify the first warning signs of being victims of mobbing in the place where they work. The systematization maintains a non-experimental design, of an exploratory nature. The approach with which the information will be systematized will be the hermeneutic approach. Theoretical concepts are disclosed according to the dimensions of this systematization, through the review of texts and articles, which support the development.
