dc.description.abstractThe Medical Department of the University Politécnica Salesiana - Sede Guayaquil does not have a technology tool that streamlines the management of the information handled by this department, fo this reason the present software Project has the purpose of providing said computer tool. The system designed with the architecture pattern MVC (Model- View- Controller) which allows scalability for future developments, has modularity and is also developed with free software tolos which makes it compatible to any Operating System.
