dc.description.abstractThis research paper is a study of descriptive transversal. A test of intake and caloric expenditure in 14 female soccer athletes free category was performed. The goal was to conduct a nutritional intervention and improve body composition (CC). Initially its energy consumption was 2,897 ± 355 kcal. Regarding (CC) athletes had 21.3 ± 4.1% fat and 44.2 ± 4.6% of lean mass (MM).
