The present research project whose title is the construction of a mobile system based on agents for the radiology department that integrates the Health Information System (HIS) and the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS, for its acronym in English). acronym in English) that was previously developed by (Ortiz Jácome & Noroña García, 2019). With the main objective of allowing communication between these systems using multi-agents, with open-source tools for the optimization of storage processes, distribution and management of patient information by hospital medical staff. Agents are tasks that are executed from time to time and perform various actions, asynchronously without consuming many computer resources. The solution was built in three parts, an application to be the main container for the agents; the second part is the implementation of a web system that allows us to create, modify the orders of the studies, and be able to visualize the results that were made to the patient; As a third party, a mobile application was implemented so that the doctor can see the results that were done to the patient from the cell phone. Finally, the deliverable is a system that helps physicians to perform a timelier analysis of the results of the radiology department performed on patients.
