The project was carried out in order to establish a standardized model that allows analysis of sugars by means of the Fourier transform, synthesizing the graphs with multivariate regression, optimizing the absorption spectra of sugars obtained by infrared spectroscopy to smooth the spectrum, by Fourier transform. through mathematical models.
