Nivel de descentralización del GAD Parroquial de Turi como política para el impulso del desarrollo social en el período 2017-2020

Abstract

The study of this essay allows us to know the decentralization process that we had have in our country, the progress that has been made throughout de republican life, considering that we have had to go through several constitutions and laws to get stability; later it’s analyzed the case of the GAD of parish Turi’s, looking for the pros and contras that they have when we talk about decentralization.
