Determinación de anticuerpos maternales contra Newcastle en pollos broiler utilizando la técnica de ELISA indirecta

Abstract

In the present investigation, an experimental design was carried out using the ID Soft data analysis which allows an analysis and measurement of maternal antibody titers against Newcastle disease. The research establishes the average levels of antibodies in chickens of 1 day (3,617) and 8 days (1,324) of birth against the disease, for which it determines the day of vaccination.
