Abstract

This thesis formulates a plan for strengthening the Social System of Guayaquil, based on the reality of social organizations; considering their strengths, weaknesses, threats, articulation and degree of associativity; as well as the development of the opportunities offered by the GAD Municipality identified in the PDOT.
