Resumen
As technology advances, the generation of electric power with renewable resources has obtained great benefits in terms of quality and reliability, becoming more economically viable and cleaner with respect to generation with fossil fuels, which is why its growth is common, allowing large contributions in micro grids not interconnected to the grid, but due to the volatility of the resource, it is necessary that its operation be accompanied by storage systems. The purpose of this research is to maximize reliability indicators by optimally locating storage systems in a micro grid, in addition, with the help of the exhaustive search algorithm subject to voltage, loss and maximum flow restrictions; this is reflected in the SAIDI and SAIFI reliability indexes. The algorithm was put to the test in three scenarios which consider loss of conventional generation with three cases for each one with discrete power storage systems, in a system of 13 bars where generation and loading parameters are varied in order to obtain a most real model of a micro grid.
