The article presents results of the percentage of THD and their correction through the analysis and simulation of hybrid filtering in an electrical power system of 37 bars IEE, in which several scenarios will be studied, which are: system without disturbance, with disturbance, with active filter, passive filter and hybrid filter. Knowing the causes, behavior and what causes connecting non-linear loads. Non-linear loads generate a series of affectations among them is the type of harmonic, variation of the power factor and resonance which make the system unstable and work inadequately. What is proposed is to manage the Matlab program with a script which has the parameters of the bar system that, together with Simulink, simulates the system that contains some components such as loads, bars, inverter and the most important thing, which is the combination of an active and a passive filter which are called hybrid filters; which will contribute to reduce the percentage of THD, showing the five scenarios analyzed by means of waveform graphs in each one of them; for the voltage, current and connection time of the same.
