Resumen
The present research work has been developed in the context in which the approval of the Intercultural Education Act, to willing interculturalizing the educational process holistically, multiculturalism that had hitherto been exclusively dedicated to the nationalities and indigenous peoples. In this way the new law opens up a range of opportunities and challenges at a time, to transform the roots of the old school and education system hispanic colonial character, which was sold as the forefront of knowledge, science and culture, but whose meager results at all levels of the system evaluated through assessment and accountability of the Ministry of Education, led first to the reform and modernization of curricula, and when the concentration of the system, and the enhancement of the education system intercultural and bilingual in all and each of its levels.
