Abstract

The advance of technology through the time causes a big social impact in educative institutions, because of that a lot of this, have seen in the need of change their process. Lack of web system at Educative Institution called “Hugo Ortiz Garces (UEHOG)” doesn´t allow to have a good academic quality because the institution is being technologically isolated. The Project called: “Analysis, design and implementation of a management system for planning clases and control of ratings in the Educative Institution Hugo Ortiz Garces (UEHOG) with a web platform” helps considerably to educative community to be informed and access to a web system in any moment and place.
