Educational inclusion is considered as the opportunity for students to participate in the educational environment on equal terms without considering that they have any type of disability. In this sense, educational institutions must strive to develop skills that facilitate building a better future for students with special abilities. This research is developed with the objective of analyzing the educational inclusion process of the student with Cerebral Palsy in the Capitan Alfonso Arroyo Aguirre Educational Unit. The research is descriptive and observational; For this, the interview was used as a collection and information instrument, which were applied to: management personnel, DECE, teachers and parents. The results obtained yielded the following information: that in the institution there is no educational inclusion, where the staff has the optimal knowledge to work with this group of students; Consequently, it is recommended to acquire new knowledge around learning activities and plan them in such a way that they take into account the diversity of all students, in order to guarantee a fair, equitable and quality education.
