Abstract

The present investigative work has as a general objective to identify the type of organizational culture of the Autohyun Company, in the same way the identification of what are the elements that make up the organizational culture, the strong aspects that sustain this culture, recognize the aspects that differentiate or resemble between the desired culture and the existing one.
