Abstract

The determination of the next project is to implement a manual for the installation and maintenance of milking equipment for the Alfa Técnica company, with the aim of improving the procedures rendering to the necessary supplies of the milking systems, the current situation of the equipment is evaluated to identify the problems that exist in their operation, whether due to various factors in which the damage to the machines is compromised and thus be able to identify the cause of their condition. It is for this motive that the improvement of the technical manual focuses on the study of the failure type and effect methodology to locate the potential failures of the activities carried out by each machine system. The technical project is divided into 3 sections, in chapter I referring to the theoretical framework useful literature is compiled according to the concepts and functionalities of all the components of a milking machine, from its parts, spare parts and accessories to the rooms and types of milking equipment whether they are transportable, jars or direct drive.
