Abstract

The study tries to mitigate the problems related to COVID-19 that have severely damaged Cuenca's food industry from an economic standpoint. The overall objective is to analyze the SME strategic plan for the Cuenca food industry in order to develop new strategies and promote post-pandemic recovery.
