Resumen
In the journalistic world, in order for traditional media to maintain its validity in the market with the arrival of new technologies, they had the need to adapt to this environment and open a website that allows them to share their content immediately and post more detailed information about an event. New technologies have transformed the way of making content and leading journalism to digital dissemination.
Traditional media ventured into the Internet causing audiences to find out about or consume content from digital media more than from traditional media where immediacy, writing and content are fundamental elements to captivate the audience.
Through a virtual ethnography and the collection of information, it is proposed to synthesize the information found in a communicative model that facilitates journalistic work in order to improve the reader's experience in terms of news writing.
The Manual of Techniques and Narratives for the Web presented in this analysis uses guidelines that allow the journalist and communication professionals to synthesize information that make easier for them to write a more attractive reader, reflecting on the use of information technologies and communication (ICT) and content dissemination in the digital environment.
