Abstract

The main objective of the present work is to make a video report that will contribute to the reconstruction of the memory of the neighborhood "San Pedro del Tingo", it will also show the traditions and culture so that in this way their residents appropriate their neighborhood by promoting cultural awareness, in order for its residents to create social awareness within the neighborhood. For the elaboration of the project, extensive research has been carried out, which is why the following categories have been handled: development, local development, communication, culture, and identity and finally everything related to the town of "San Pedro del Tingo" was analyzed as its historical and social memory. The video report transmits messages by means of the audiovisual presentation of facts and events of a place, in this case a video report will be made on the neighborhood "San Pedro del Tingo", with the purpose that its residents identify with what they live day by day. day. The neighborhood "San Pedro del Tingo" has outstanding aspects such as: festivals, traditions, gastronomy, crafts and places of tourist attraction that are fundamental aspects for the construction of its identity, for this reason it is important to obtain truthful information through methodological techniques such as interviews and surveys carried out with residents of the sector.
