Condición física de los adultos mayores de los centros gerontológicos de la zona 6-Ecuador: caso residencia geriátrica “San Andrés” y centro residencial para personas adultas mayores “Los Jardines”

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior of the different components of physical condition in older adults and to determine what the more deteriorated physics capability in this group of people is. The results show that older adults do not have a good physical condition, which can reduce their independence in daily activities.
