dc.description.abstractIt was evaluated the antifungal capacity of a grapefruit ethanolic extract (Citrus paradisi Mcf.) against an isolated Oidium sp. Strain. Afterwards it was measured with RT-PCR the expression of PR1, PR2, PR3, MAPK3 and MAPK6 genes in 9 and 11 weeks-old tomato plants (Solanum lycopersicum L.) 24 hours after the treatment with the extract.
