Resumen
Within intercultural bilingual education, teachers must have a profile with bilingual intercultural characteristics. Therefore, I researched on the LEOI, the MOSEIB, the PEI, the UEIBQ and the Ibero-American Education magazine by Enrique Ipiña, Bolivian educator. Through it, I have noticed that in order to be a bilingual educator, it is required to have many characteristics in the pedagogic, curriculum, didactic, cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Thus, this paper intends to provide a solution to the investigated problem.
