SGTC (Cognitive Therapy Management Software) is a computer tool that allows a systematic registration and monitoring of the information of patients with Cognitive Disabilities belonging to the Foundation Without Barriers. Specialists can systematically record personal data of the patient, support physical files, follow-up therapies.
