Abstract

This paper describes the research project that determines the need to design and implement an Expert System to define last mile access technology (Fiber Optical, Wireless or Hybrid), thanks to the evolution of access networks and the development of telecommunications in Ecuador, considered microenterprises within the reach of ordinary people with a moderate economic capacity.
