dc.description.abstractThis thesis is focused on accelerating the recycling process through the design of a shredding machine for non-vulcanized elements of a tire of the element known as Breaker for the company OQ Cauchos Reciclaje Industrial that is dedicated to recovering raw materials to give them a new use contributing with the environment, preserving natural resources, conserving and saving them, the development of the project includes the entire design process of the crushing machine, mainly presenting the design specifications, sizing calculations, selection of materials, models simulation, plans, details of the designed equipment, which has allowed to determine its technical and economic feasibility for its subsequent implementation.
