Resumen
The objective of the study was the in vivo evaluation of the degree of wetting of two products based on chitin and chitosan, with the result that the chitosan cream increases the level of humidification, achieving an increase of 30.7% on day 20 of its use; while the moisturizing effect of the chitin-based cream decreases with time.
