Evaluación de dos métodos para la extracción de ADN de larvas de camarón (Penaeus vannamei) cultivadas en laboratorio

Abstract

The present investigation details the evaluation of two methods for DNA extraction from white shrimp larvae (Penaeus vannamei), it was concluded that both the conventional phenol-chloroform method and the PureLink Tm commercial extraction kit have the same efficiency in terms of quality as of quantity for this type of samples.
