This study seeks to examine the strategies used by small pastry businesses in the Guayaquil sector, this inquiry will be useful for small companies that have a technology management as social networks / website as a transformative tool to improve sales to their competition. The general objective that has been determined for this work resides in examining Digital Marketing strategies for small pastry ventures in Guayaquil, in specific objectives will be established to identify the main Marketing strategies applied by small pastry ventures in Guayaquil, establish the essential needs of customers of small pastry ventures located in Guayaquil, propose Digital Marketing strategies that have been successful in the pastry market of Guayaquil.
