Resumen
The incorporation of technologies into an industry, undoubtedly improves its
productivity and promotes the update to new technologies, such is that the IoT
(Internet of things) is being used in various industries, but also at the domestic level,
granting operation facilities and data collection on actuators and sensors. This project
was developed at Avícola Rosita in which a mobile structure was made consisting of
two hoppers used as a balancing dosing system for six rows of cages, the system is
controlled by a fuzzy control running on the NodeMCU board, where it enters
information through the MQTT protocol through the BeagleBone Black board that
works simultaneously with the IBM Watson IoT and Node-RED services. For the
development of the FUZZY (MISO) control, a SHARP sensor was used in order to
measure the distance to the trough, this being the first input, as the second input, the
age of the hens is entered, through a device connected to the internet and as an output
It has a high torque servomotor that performs the opening and closing function when
the balance falls. For communication between boards and the cloud, a local MQTT
broker was created on the BeagleBone Black board, and through the Node-RED
application, communication was carried out between the local broker and the IBM
Watson services, with IBM cloud being our server. Node-RED in the cloud.
