Resumen
This case analysis was aimed at analyzing ICTs as didactic resources for the learning process of the Social Studies subject of the sixth grade of Basic Education Parallel C in an educational institution in the city of Quito, all due to the fact that the research problem it focused mainly on the recurrence of the use of the resources that the teacher used for learning the already indicated subject, which had consequences on student learning. In the same way, the methodology that was followed to achieve the objectives responds to a qualitative methodology, through a descriptive and theoretical hermeneutic approach. Regarding the results obtained, they allowed evidence of consistency between the objectives set out in this research, the theoretical support and the data obtained through the instruments selected according to the methodology, due to the fact that it was stated that there were related pedagogical, curricular and cognitive aspects. with the application of ICT resources as mediators of the learning process of the Social Studies subject. Finally, it is very important to mention that the titling work is organized from a documentary analysis of each object of study found in this case analysis.
