Abstract

Nikneacorp S.A. is a company dedicated to the commercialization of raw materials, its main product is fish soluble. This research aims to create a plan for restructuring the administrative and organizational levels, allowing employees to know the mission, vision, company polices, a series of process and operations manuals have been elaborated for each area of this enterprise.
