The application PEARLS Monitoring System, seeks to analyze the financial situation and the administrative management of Credit Unions Segment 3 of the Zonal 6 formed by the provinces of Azuay, Cañar and Morona Santiago, helping to establish the actual results for effective financial performance evaluation.
