Abstract

The Project is focused on recognizing the strengths and weaknesses in the inventory área of the Company ECUAGREENPRODEX. The main objective is to analyze and identify internal control processes, by conducting and audit, in order to develop a manual of policies and procedures to improve sequences thereof.
