Análisis multivariado de los costos unitarios de las no conformidades en la elaboración del cartón desde la perspectiva de las operaciones en una cartonera del Ecuador.

Abstract

The main objective of the present investigation is to determine the costs of nonconformities with the quality of carton, With this investigation we will determine if there is influence of the unit costs of the nonconformities with the quality of the carton where we have the description of the nonconformities depending on the costs and if the unit costs of the nonconformities are dependent on the customer, We collected data from a cartoner with this information we performed an analysis of variance of a factor at 5% level of significance of a random sample greater than 30 data. The hypothesis tests are Will verify using the Fisher test, where it is decided to accept the null hypothesis if Critical value for F is greater than the statistical one, results obtained for H1: the critical value for F is 2.81, and the value of F_0.05, is equal to 1.2 so we reject the null hypothesis, ie some of the means of costs are different in the motives of nonconformities and For H2: the critical value for F is 2.87 and the value of F_0.05, is equal to 1.22 so we reject the null hypothesis, ie some of the averages of unit costs are not equal in the different customers who make returns , As a general conclusion can be ensured that there is influence of unit costs of nonconformities with the quality of carton.
