Abstract

The application of the lean six sigma methodology to improve processes in the repair of marine containers, represents a very powerful tool for optimizing resources within the company, in combination with simulation by discrete events, it allows creating proposals for continuous improvement to processes and make the impact visible to then act in the real system.
