The purpose of this article will be to seek a suitable design and analysis for the implementation of a new energy generation system in the country, which allows thermoelectric electricity production for the EL PRADO HOUSING COMPLEX, since new sources of energy are being sought. generation that can supply the different demands presented in the homes of the residential complex, based on taking advantage of a heat source present within the facilities of the place and through studies of the use of the heat source, the implementation model of Peltier type plates was used as a basis , by means of the system a prototype was made, in which two groups of connected cells were made, six in series each, for the sum of the voltages delivered by each element, subsequently, the parallel connection of these groups was made, increasing thus the current level at the output of the circuit. The prototype has a cooling system to generate the heat difference in each of the plates, this was achieved through the implementation of three fans. Once tested on some occasions, the required voltage output was obtained to enter the inverter, which will transform the twelve volts DC type of output of the proposed system and transform them to 120 volts AC type to supply the different loads with which they will be tested and they will analyze the project's viability.
Through the analyzes it was determined that the implementation is feasible, because it supplied the loads connected to the system.
Currently, the residential complex aims to project itself as an example of the use of residual energy and to be reliable at the time of its implementation, where the implementation of thermoelectric energy for its facilities will demonstrate to the community new alternatives for energy use unlike traditional designs, the purpose of this design being to supply various demands that may arise in a traditional home based on technical-economic studies that will be demonstrated in this document.
