dc.description.abstractThe present investigation determines the internal and external factors that hindered the due completion of the planned works of the years 2015-2016-2017, both in drinking water and sanitation. Deviation that affects the company because it cannot earn the amounts invested in the maintenance and creation of basic services works, generated for the users of the Cuenca canton.
