Resumen
The present technical project leads to an improvement in the response time of the neutralization that
failed to be exact and effective due to the fact that it will have a peristaltic pump that allows a correct
dosage to reach the SetPointpH7 minimizing errors when implementing a diffuse PID. Taking into account
that a control screen will be implemented in order to have a didactic control platform for students.The
main objective is to elaborate diffused PID control in the reactor tank (TK03) where the H neutralization
process takes place, implementing the technology of the National Instruments and Matlaba family
together with the Industruino, sensors, transducers, actuators, agitators and peristaltic pump presenting
the signals of the plant on the control screen.The module is located at the Universidad Politécnica
Salesiana Sede GuayaquilCarrera Ingeniería Electrónica Centenario campus in the Wastewater Treatment
Laboratory, the main beneficiaries are the students of the last semesters of theCarrera de Ingeniería
Electrónica en Automatización Industrial, that the students know and learn about this type of water PH
regulation systems.
